Sonoma County Cannabis Proposed Ordinance Amendments
On Tuesday, October 16, the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors will be holding a public hearing regarding proposed changes to the county’s commercial cannabis ordinance, which have been in the works for several months. Some of the changes that are being considered include: allowing adult-use businesses, adjusting minimum lot size requirements for certain types of permits, extending the term of permits from 1 to 5 years, allowing centralized processing facilities, as well as some other modifications.
This item is set for 9:15am on 10/16. Please attend and wear green to show support for our local cannabis industry if you can!
